street access, shoulder parking (requires permits for parts of the year), garbage and recycling cans, restrooms, seasonal lifeguards, **Twin Lakes access is off of 7th Ave by the restrooms, Harbor beach access is at the end of 5th Ave. near the Harbor restaurants.**
Directions:
From Hwy. 1 South take the Soquel Ave. exit. Turn right at light, then an immediate left onto Soquel Ave. Turn left at 7th Ave. and follow all the way to the beach. Turn Left on East Cliff Dr. and park across the street.
